Documentation we provide
On request, and by default where a solicitation requires it: certificate of conformance, country of origin statement, manufacturer data and spec sheets, safety data sheets for regulated products, and a packing list referencing your PO and line items.
Quality process
Orders are checked against the accepted quote before shipment — manufacturer part number, quantity, revision, and required paperwork. Anything that does not match is corrected with the supplier before the order moves.
Sourcing standards
We purchase from manufacturers and their authorized distributors. Brand-name-or-equal alternatives are offered only when the specification permits them and the equal can be documented against the stated salient characteristics.
What we do not claim
We hold no contract vehicles or agency-specific schedules, and we do not represent any agency affiliation. If a requirement depends on a vehicle we do not hold, we will tell you.
