How fast do I get a quote?
Most quotes go out within one business day. Hard-to-find and long-lead items can take longer, and we tell you that up front rather than letting the request go quiet.
Do you have a minimum order?
No. We quote single parts as well as recurring consumable lines.
Can you match a competitor's part number?
Yes. Send the number you have and we will identify the manufacturer's current equivalent, including superseded and obsolete numbers where a replacement exists.
What documentation ships with an order?
A packing list referencing your PO, plus certificate of conformance, country of origin, data sheets, and safety data sheets where they apply or are requested.
What are your payment terms?
Credit card and ACH at the outset. Net terms are available after a trade account application is reviewed and approved.
Do you accept government purchase orders?
